  Nevada Senator Jacky Rosen will be one of several senators traveling to Israel this weekend as part of a bipartisan congressional delegation. This comes after deadly attacks in the region.The trip will be led by S <a href=https://www.cup-stanley.es>stanley taza</a> enate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. The Associated Press also states Republican senator <a href=https://www.stanley-cups.es>stanley cup spain</a> s Bill Cassidy of Louisiana and Mitt Romney of Utah will make the trip as well as Democratic senators Rosen and Mark Kelly of Arizona.A spokesperson for his office said the group is scheduled to meet with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Benny Gantz, who is a member of the emergency unity government, and Israel President Isaac Herzog. Schumer said the trip is important to him not only because he is the top Jewish elected official in the U.S. but because his great-grandmother and several of her children were killed by Nazi <a href=https://www.stanleymugs.us>stanley cup</a> s in Europe. This has deep resonance to people,  Schumer said.  Because we have not seen anything as vicious and nasty as this since the Nazis. Schumer had been in Asia meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping but stopped in South Korea before returning to the U.S. on Thursday. His office said the Israel trip will be to  discuss what resources the United States can provide to support Israel on all fronts. Rosen said showing support for Israel is important. A British drugmaker, GlaxoSmithKline  GSK , has sued American pharmaceutical company Moderna claiming it violated patent rights in its mRNA technology used to d <a href=https://www.stanley-cups.at>stanley becher</a> evelop its COVID-19 and RSV vaccines.GSK filed two lawsuits 鈥?one for Spikevax and one for mResvia 鈥?in federal court in Delaware this week. The lawsuits allege Moderna infringed on the companys patents for lipid mRNA vaccine technology.Th <a href=https://www.stanley-quencher.us>stanley cup</a> e lawsuits stated Christian Mandl and his team of scientists are credited for developing novel lipid-mRNA formulations and methods for their preparation in 2008.RELATED STORY | US will pay Moderna $176 million to develop a bird flu pandemic vaccineYears later, when Mandl and his team began working on mRNA vaccines they were employed by Novartis AG, the lawsuits said. GSK acquired a large portion of Novartis vaccine business in 2015. The acquisition included Mandl and his teams inventions and all the rights to the patents.GSK claimed Moderna did not begin working on mRNA vaccines until after Mandls work became public and cited his patents in its own patent applications since at least 2013.The lawsuits are seeking unspecified monetary damages and GSK has requested a jury trial.Ironically, Moderna filed lawsuits against Pfizer and German drugmaker BioNT <a href=https://www.stanley-cup.com.de>stanley cup</a> ech in 2022 accusing them of copying their technology to make COVID-19 vaccines.                Copyright 2024 .
