Our shipping policy

Our aim is to provide you with the best possible experience and to dispatch all goods within 48 hours. Our prefered carrior is Royal Mail / Parcel Force but occasionaly we may use other carriors. When possible a tracking number will be provided.

Our returns policy

We will accept back all goods that have been purchased from us and that are returned in their original condition within 14 days. We will also accept back all goods that are faulty or that are deemed by you to be not of satisfactory quality, not fit for their purpose or not matching their description, regardless of whether the product has been used or not. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once we receive your returned item(s) we will refund your credit/debit card accordingly.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Exceptions to the returns policy

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.


If you change your mind or find that the item(s) are unsuitable for your needs, simply return the item(s) as per the returns procedure above for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item(s).

Right to Cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must report this within 48 hours of goods being delivered, stating the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods.

If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item then we will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.
